Non Valley is the largest valley in the Trentino region, it arises in the west part of the province of Trento and it is well known throughout Europe for its apples, symbol of the territory. Water, nature and culture are the three key words of the Non Valley. In the centre of the valley appears the Santa Giustina Lake, the biggest artificial lake in the valley. The many streams and creeks that sweep along the valley plunge in its waters digging, over millennia, various canyon, ravines, waterfalls and gullies. At the bottom of the valley there are immense stretches of apple orchards, going higher up you will find huge green fields and pastures, which soon turn into scenic mountains ranges. The list of attractions is quite long. For sport lovers, there are many excursions in canyons, trekking between the Brenta Dolomites and the Maddalene group, mountain biking and cycling paths of the upper Non Valley, and also golf in the Dolomiti Golf Club of Sarnonico. Through the apple orchards in bloom you will be able to taste the typical local products. If you are a nature lover you will find nice walks in the Rose Garden in Ronzone, where you will be able to admire the different types of roses, at the Caste of Thun, the most suggestive castle in Trentino, recently restored, and also at the San Romedio Shrine, place of spirituality and peace as well as the home of few brown bears.
